Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping or store pick-up. If requesting an in invoice via email, you have 12 hours to pay or the item will be made available to the next customer.
SHIPPING + PICKUP
Ground Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped and received within 3-5 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and carrier exceptions beyond our control.
We try to process store pickups within one business day, but cannot guarantee as item may be shipping from our off site warehouse which averages 2-3 days depending on mail and your location. You will receive a notification via email once your item is ready for pickup, and you are always free to call to check in on status! Orders may not be cancelled.
Shipping is free* within the USA and international fees will vary.
Shipping will not be refunded.
*Orders over $75 ship free, and all orders ship free to our storefronts for pickup!

*Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
*All returns must be received within 14 days of the original order date.
*Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!)
*Returns and exchanges are accepted for full priced items only.
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back.
*If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item does not meet return guidelines, there will be no store credit given.
*PPE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNTS
1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe box and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the attached packing slips on reverse side.
3. Please send your returns to: (or bring in store!)
4. If mailing - please fill out "Return Form" and include with package.

*We recommend noting your tracking number for the items you are returning. You will receive and email once your store credit is available. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them.
Customers are fully responsible for all tax and duty fees when receiving international packages.
Please also note that if you do not retrieve your item within 30 days, it will be forfeited and cannot be held in our possession after 30 days.
